S.Oreshkin: “This modernistic residential complex is untypical for the Petersburg’s architecture. It presents the “house-ant-hill” with sophisticated facades structure that changes the apartments’ layout of each storey. While the construction was in process we were lucky because the constructors implemented all the sophisticated façade elements without any opposition”

The two-sectioned eight-storey residential building at the ground level has a polygonal form, and starting from the first floor – it is U-shaped.  Office and technical premises are located on the first floor and the apartments – are from the 2nd to the 7th floor. Facades of the building consist of the different-sized volumes creating sophisticated «play» of surfaces and volumes.  Balconies and loggias, and also the terraces located on the seventh floor support this facades’ geometrizm. Natural stone is used in the exterior facing.
