The district planning structure was based on the orthogonal grid which was obtained as a research result of the typical historical city center district analysis. The building outline increases from the central part to the side boarders. This provides the space connection between the new building and the higher buildings around.
The residential blocks outline formed by the 9-18-storey sections goes down as an amphitheater in it’s northern part. That provides for an open view at the Volga River from each apartment. The apartments with comfortable planning on the upper floors have the landscaped terraces. Trade and commercial essential enterprises are located on the 1st floor of the residential buildings. The landscaped yards present semi-closed private space with the parking lots located underneath.
