Number of floors (house will have 5-6-8 floors) will be different because of state requirements about height of the building, norm of the isolation and light requirements.  Therefore the building will look really nice and will have an original modern architecture.   
Outside walls will be made with the using hollow ceramic bricks. Walls will have warming mineral glass- wool slabs and will be covered with the plaster in different colors
In the front walls also will be possible to see real stone incrustation.
Decoration of the pedestal and the first floor also will be made with the real stone.
Windows of the future building will be in tune with the front walls.
According to the task of Vasioleostrovskay administration: in the first floor of the building (which is looking to the 17th line of Vasileostrovskiy Island) will be a  regional marriage office (total area for the marriage office – 477 m2). In the other rooms will be offices and additional quarters of the specialized companies (the whole are of them – 249 m2).The garage will include a parking space for 46 cars (1118 m2).
The entrance to the living area foresees concierge area and security office. In the second – eight floors will be apartments. Lift area and stairs area will be made together in one block.  From garage you can easy get to every floor by lift. Balconies will be glazed.
