Designing company “A. Len” was founded with the assistance of various design companies. Started only with the five employers, the company in the moment has already 90 people.

In the organizational structure of the company there are the following departments:
- Architectural department which consists of 19 professional and qualified architects, including the head of the department, 3 main architects of projects and 3 leading architects.
- Building constructing department , which consists of 24 designers, including the head of the department, 3 main specialists and 4 leading engineers.
- General layout group.
- Engineering department.

In the designing bureau there are 5 main engineers of the projects. There is also the department of the project documentation output with its duplicating machines and archives.

The main advantage of the architectural bureau “A. Len” is that it has the full library of the normative documents and also technical library which consist of 500 books.
Every working place is equipped with a personal computer. The architects use “AutoCAD”, “ArchiCad”, 3d-Max, Cinema, ArCON. The designs use different SC AD programs.

“A. Len” company deals with different types among them there are: shops, offices, cottages and multistory dwelling complexes, cottage settlements, general layouts of industrial grounds, trade complexes, administrative buildings, filling stations and technical service stations with the area from 100 m² to 5000 m², small industrial buildings and entertaining complexes.

Among the work of the company there are projects of new buildings, reconstructions projects (for example “Reconstruction of the Nevskaya  line of  Gostiny Dvor”, “Partial reconstruction of the building of “Alfa-bank” on Griboedov channel, 6”).

“A. Len” company has a very strong position in the brunch of cottage production, filling and technical service stations. In the archival storage of the company there are about 300 design projects of cottages, more than 20 projects of filling stations and technical service stations. 

All the projects of “A. Len” bureau are being realized. Huge amount of buildings was built by this company like:
- Trade complex “Ramstor” (Sankt-Petersburg, Kolomyazhsky prospect, 8);
- Trade complex “Oktyabr” (Sankt-Petersburg, Malooxtinskii prospect, 66/68);
- Office center “Neste” on Pulkovskoye sh.;
- Technical service station “Ford” on Pulkovskoye sh.;
- Car salon and technical service complex “Axel-Motors” (total area 5000 m²) on Pulkovskoye sh.;
- Multifunctional building with car salon, fitness center, restaurant “Gregory’s cars” on Vyborgskay emb.;
- Technical- service station “Alarm-Motors”, furniture salon “Peresvet” and filling station “Prime” on Primorskoye sh.

The company keeps the author’s prosecution of all the projects under construction. “A. Len” company also has a unique documentary photo material, recordings of author’s prosecution.

In the last 3 years “A. Len” bureau has been among top ten design workshop in Sankt-Petersburg. Most of the company’s projects are large-scaled: multistoried dwelling complexes (total area 20000-80000 m²), some technical –service stations and car salons (total area from 1500 m² to 7000 m²), multifunctional trade complex (total area 10000-30000 m²).
